Manage Signature

The "Manage Signature" function of PDFCool Studio can help to remove signatures of batch documents, and generate to new PDF documents.

1. Open the "Manage Signature" dialog, from the top menu bar, go to "Security > Manage Signature";

2. Add the PDF documents you want to remove signatures

Add PDF documents into the Document list. You can add the opened document by clicking on the "Add opened documents" button or add new PDF documents by clicking on the "Add documents" button(details go to the Common Work Area);

3. Select the signatures you want to remove in the signature field list;

4. Output setting

Set the output file name, you can keep the original name with suffix added. You can also enter new output file name. About the output folder, you can use the original folder as output folder, or choose other folder;

5. Click on the "Remove checked signatures" button or "Remove all signatures" button to finish the managing signature process.
